Welcome to BrüMaster's. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BrüMaster's.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your order.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, product availability, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or quantities that appear inconsistent with normal consumer use.

Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance and successfully process payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing or fulfillment has begun.

If we cancel or materially change an order after payment has been collected, we will issue any applicable refund.

Prices or promotions offered through brumasters.ca may differ from prices offered by third-party retailers, marketplaces, distributors, or physical stores.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are presented through our website or during checkout.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, service interruptions, customs processing, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, images, and other intellectual property appearing through the Services remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not imply ownership by BrüMaster's.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

Purchases made directly through our online store are transactions between you and BrüMaster's. Shopify provides technology and services that enable us to operate the store but is not the seller of BrüMaster's products.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
