Refund & Satisfaction Policy
At Brü Master's, we want both you and your dog to be completely happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee—no returns required.

If you're not satisfied for any reason, just reach out to us at contact.brumasters@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll make it right with a refund or replacement, no need to ship anything back.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our product (a consumable good), we do not accept physical returns.
We also do not offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
Once your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact.brumasters@gmail.com.


European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right to cancel or return your order without providing a reason. While we still do not accept physical returns, we will honor refund requests in compliance with EU consumer regulations.
