Cancellation policy

Some BrüMaster's products may be available as subscriptions. This policy explains how subscription purchases work and how you can change or cancel them.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select at the time of purchase.

Your payment information will be stored securely by our payment provider, and you will be charged for each recurring order according to your selected subscription schedule.

Subscription pricing, frequency, and any applicable discount will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Changing or Cancelling Your Subscription

You may change or cancel your subscription at any time.

You can manage your subscription using the subscription management link provided with your order or through your customer account, where available.

Depending on the options available for your subscription, you may be able to:

  • Cancel your subscription

  • Change your delivery frequency

  • Skip an upcoming delivery

  • Update your payment information

  • Update your shipping information

Changes or cancellations should be made before your next scheduled order is processed.

Once a recurring order has been processed or entered fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel or modify that shipment.

Subscription Renewals and Charges

Unless cancelled, your subscription will continue according to the frequency selected when you subscribed.

Your payment method will be charged for each recurring order according to your subscription schedule.

You are responsible for keeping your payment and shipping information current.

Returns and Refunds

Cancelling a subscription prevents future subscription orders from being processed but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Returns and refunds for orders that have already been processed are subject to our Refund Policy.
